JETSCAPE COPIER, PRINTER AND FAX SERVICES
Jetscape repairs and services all makes and models of copiers, printers and fax machines and offers the following repair options.
In shop repairs: Initial $30.00 (+tax) diagnostic fee. For this initial fee our technicians will diagnose your machine for problems. If the machine is found to be repairable without needing parts, it will be repaired and a final repair fee of $49.95 (+tax) will be charged, so the total out-of-pocket is $79.95 + sales tax for the repair. If your machine requires parts to complete the repair, an estimate will be given to you. If you wish to proceed with the repair, a final repair fee of $49.95 (+tax) will be charged, plus the cost of the parts.

Multiple machine on-site Service- Above charges apply for the first machine. A service call fee of $65.00 for each additional machine will be charged if there is more than 1 machine to look at. If they are found to need parts, each machine would be charged a seperate "Return visit charge" noted in the chart above.
Maintenance Service Contracts: JetScape offers Monthly and Annual service maintenance agreements for all makes and models of copiers, laser printers and laser fax machines. These agreements normally cover all service calls, parts, labor and toner. Some exceptions may apply. All you are responsible for is paper and staples.
